These sessions weave together the ancient, guided meditation of Yoga Nidra with the immersive and healing vibrations of intentional sound therapy—creating a multi-sensory journey into rest, repair, and reconnection.
Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is more than just relaxation—it’s a gateway to conscious rest that soothes the body, calms the mind, and touches the deeper layers of your being. As you settle into stillness, Steve’s voice gently guides you inward—past the thinking mind, past tension, and toward the quiet space where peace and insight live.
As the body rests, you’ll be enveloped in the resonant tones of crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and other sound healing instruments—each chosen with purpose. These frequencies are designed to harmonize with the body’s energy systems and encourage a shift into the theta and delta brainwave states—the same states linked with deep rest, emotional release, cellular healing, and expanded awareness.
